1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the okbk8 website, mobile platform, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the okbk8 Platform and refrain from creating an account.

okbk8 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. okbk8 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or other valid identification documents. Failure to provide acceptable proof of age upon request will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

2.2 Legal Capacity

By using okbk8, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. You are not prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or agreement from participating in online gambling activities. You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted.

2.3 Jurisdictional Restrictions

okbk8 is intended exclusively for players physically located within the Philippines at the time of gameplay. Use of VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your physical location is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one (1) active okbk8 account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. okbk8 employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, and other identifiers.

In the event that okbk8 detects or reasonably suspects that a player holds more than one account, okbk8 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close all associated accounts, void all bets, cancel all bonuses, and forfeit all balances. Any winnings obtained through multiple accounts will be deemed invalid.

3.2 Accurate Information

All information provided during account registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You must provide your real name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile number, and residential address as they appear on your government-issued identification. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okbk8 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you are responsible for all transactions, bets, deposits, and withdrawals made under your account.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify okbk8 customer support immediately via live chat or email. okbk8 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

okbk8 supports multiple deposit methods for Filipino players, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20), Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated. okbk8 does not charge deposit fees, although third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees. 4.2 Withdrawals

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) requirements. First-time withdrawals require submission of a valid government-issued ID. Processing times for withdrawals are typically 2-24 hours for e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) and 1-3 business days for bank transfers, subject to successful verification.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

okbk8 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All financial transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. okbk8 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds, employment verification, bank statements, or other documentation to satisfy AML obligations.

Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal is permitted, unless okbk8 determines that suspicious activity or money laundering is suspected, in which case higher rollover requirements or withdrawal restrictions may be applied. okbk8 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms

• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors;
• Abusive or fraudulent bonus practices;
• Use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorized payment methods;

6.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game result, or account balance, okbk8's decision shall be final and binding. All game records, transaction logs, and system data maintained by okbk8 shall be considered authoritative evidence.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

9. Limitation of Liability

okbk8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. okbk8's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your okbk8 account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

okbk8 is not responsible for losses caused by technical failures, internet outages, payment provider errors, force majeure events, or third-party service disruptions beyond okbk8's reasonable control.

10. Termination

okbk8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior toward staff, violation of PAGCOR regulations, or use of the Platform for illegal purposes.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
